Applications allow users to use free bilingual dictionaries offline. You can download compatible free dictionaries from the Universal dictionary system. Universal dictionary currently interconnects more than 60 languages. Among other supported languages: Basque, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Esperanto, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Japanese Romaji, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmal, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
